Plain-English summary
Yes, we earn affiliate commissions on some links. When you click certain links on this site and sign up for a service or buy something, we may receive a commission from that company at no extra cost to you. Your price stays the same whether you click an affiliate link or visit the company directly.
This page exists because the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires it. We've gone beyond the legal minimum to give you the full picture.

Companies mentioned but NOT affiliate partners
Some providers and brands appear in our editorial reviews without being affiliate partners. We mention them because excluding them would make our coverage incomplete. We earn nothing if you click through to these companies. They include (current as of May 2026): Pomegranate Health, Coreage RX, Brello Health, Get Thin MD, and other providers featured in our comparison content for editorial completeness.
How affiliate links are marked
Every affiliate link on this site is marked in at least one of the following ways:
- The text "(affiliate link β see disclosure)" next to the link
- The HTML attribute
rel="sponsored"(machine-readable per FTC and Google guidance) - A disclosure notice at the top or bottom of any article that contains affiliate links
- A persistent disclosure banner on every page where applicable
Editorial independence
This is the most important section. Read it carefully.
Affiliate commission does NOT influence our rankings or reviews
Our reviews are based on publicly verifiable criteria: pricing transparency, pharmacy partner disclosure, FDA standing, provider quality, onboarding speed, refund policy, and real user feedback (Reddit, Trustpilot, BBB). Commission rate is not one of those criteria.
This means:
- We have ranked affiliate partners below non-partners when the non-partner was a better fit for a specific use case.
- We have written negative or critical content about affiliate partners when the facts warranted it (e.g., disclosing FDA warning letters).
- We will publicly announce if a partner pressures us to alter content. We have not received such pressure as of the date above.
What we do NOT do
- We do not accept payment for positive reviews, "sponsored content" disguised as editorial, or paid placements without disclosure.
- We do not write reviews of products we have not researched independently using public sources, FDA databases, peer-reviewed literature, and real user feedback.
- We do not have any relationship with pharmaceutical manufacturers (Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk, etc.).
- We do not collect or sell user data to advertisers.
Medical and legal disclaimers
Not medical advice. Nothing on GLP-1 Evolution constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. We are educational publishers, not licensed medical professionals. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any medication, including GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, or any compounded version.
Compounded medications notice. Compounded semaglutide, tirzepatide, and similar medications discussed on this site are not FDA-approved as finished products. They are prepared by 503A licensed pharmacies based on individual prescriptions. The active ingredients are the same molecules as in branded versions, but compounded products carry different regulatory considerations. Discuss these with a licensed clinician.
Retatrutide notice. As of the date above, retatrutide is not FDA-approved and is in Phase 3 clinical trials. No legitimate provider sells retatrutide as a finished medication. Any product claiming to be "retatrutide" sold online before FDA approval is unregulated and potentially dangerous.
